Refund Policy
At Hellcutter shop, every shirt that leaves our print queue is built to survive the neon-lit chaos of daily life. But if your gear comes through the pipeline corrupted, we’ll patch it.
We issue refunds for:
- Wrong build shipped — you ordered one rig, we sent another
- Damaged or defective gear — anything that arrived glitched, torn, or malfunctioning
Refund requests must be transmitted within 30 days of your purchase date. After that window closes, the request gets lost in the data stream.
To file a claim, send a transmission to info@hellcutter.com with your order number and a quick diagnostic of what went wrong.
This policy can be recompiled at any time without advance broadcast. For the current build, ping info@hellcutter.com.
To keep your gear running at full spec for the long haul, follow the care protocols included with your shipment — wash it wrong, and even the best print job will short-circuit early.
